RNA-seq Analysis of S. cerevisiae Response to SPRC Treatment

This project investigates the effect of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) ; a byproduct of the cystathionine-γ-lyase (CSE)-catalyzed reaction of S-propargyl-cysteine (SPRC), on Saccharomyces cerevisiae using an RNA-seq analysis pipeline. The pipeline includes data preprocessing, read counting, differential expression analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment.
